Villas - LTMUA (Lower Twp. Municipal Utilities Authority) sent a letter to homeowners saying they will be putting water mains in, and that homeowners have to pay them $1,600 and that it's mandatory. That doesn't even include the hook up. I find this ridiculous. I pay taxes in this county. What makes the township think people have that money? Forcing us to pay $1,600 is just horrible.
