In response to a spouter who stated that a homeowner on Washingt

Cape May - In response to a spouter who stated that a homeowner on Washington Street in Cape May needs to put a steel barrier up, why? How about people coming off of said street actually stop, and follow the rules of the road and not plow through the stop sign into the house? Or other cars? That is one of the worst streets in Cape May - Washington St. and Sidney Ave.
