Villas - Lower Township wants to redo and upgrade Mulligan Field in Villas. Really? After years and years of trying to clean that park up from all the juvenile and drug problems, chasing all the good families away. People who used to power walk and jog down there for years are now long gone, chased away from all the juveniles harassing them. Then all the bad won out, so now they reward them for bad behavior with a new park. When taxpaying citizens begged for more protection and got nothing. What a waste of money.
