Villas - I took the ferry July 21, and witnessed a police officer berate a security guard who was working in 100-degree heat. She was about 19-years-old and he had a chain hanging on his gun belt. She was in tears and I was too. It ruined my day. I live here and do not want to be stopped by this officer. So sad.
