Del Haven - Why is my neighbor allowed to have a mega-yard sale on three consecutive days four or five times a summer, with hundreds of cars coming and going on our dead-end street? People make u-turns on our lawns and driveways. This person is a professional dealer and hoarder in a residential area. He should have bought commercial property on Route 47 in which to sell his items. This is not a yard sale, it is a full-blown flea market.
