To all those who complain about the people on the ATVs and dirt

Villas - To all those who complain about the people on the ATVs and dirt bikes in the snow, I am one of them and I've yet to see anyone driving recklessly on those roads during snowstorms. Also, the police are out there doing their jobs, worried about the drunk drivers, and, unfortunately, these days, the high drivers. Instead of complaining about people having fun in the snow, how about you go out and build a snowman?
