In reference to the spouter wanting cops to ticket people in the convenience store parking lot: Isn't it private property, and I believe there is no legal standing behind the markings (handicapped parking, loading dock, etc.)? Cops can't write tickets for no law being broken, though I find that parking lot driving should be taught in driving school; most parking lot driving issues are not necessarily legal violations.
