To the Lower Township spouter who suggested that cops be on the beach with animal control to enforce the leash laws: Why do the cops need to be there if we have animal control, for which we pay? We pay them to enforce the leash laws. If we want cops on the beach, why not cut out the money we pay and have cops be trained to be animal control?
