It's amazing to me that no one has done anything about the dirt bikes that race up and down Mowery Ave North Side in the Villas all day long, no helmets, popping wheelies, riding through stop signs. Also there is a makeshift red/orange shopping cart go cart, racing up and down Mowery Ave North side too. He even parks it right on Mowery Ave. and nothing is done.
