Based on past Spouts over the last 6 years or so, the corner of certain streets have been overrun with various construction equipment, vehicles and trailers. To date, nothing has been done about this. Often these vehicles are blocking the fireplug on the corner. It's also next to impossible to make a safe turn at this intersection because you can't see around all the equipment parked there.
