Upper Township - Any town that requires beach tags should not receive federal and N.J. beach replenishment. It's bad enough our taxes are wasted on beach replenishment to protect the homes of the wealthy without having to pay for a beach tag. These wealthy beach towns can afford to clean the beaches with their own budget without having to extort money out of people who want to go on the beach their taxes paid to create. Beach replenishment is socialism for the wealthy.
