Regarding Upper Township's Primary School's dismissal. Parents come early because they don't want to get stuck waiting on the road in line where the risk of being hit by traffic is definitely an issue. Their system is awful, and not working. When the back of the line gets their kids 45 minutes after dismissal, the school needs to adjust the way they do it. Not all parents are done work for the day, and this is an unreasonable amount of time to dedicate to picking a child up. It's not working, please fix it.
