The leaders of the LT teachers association need to be working with the new superintendent to find solutions to the budget crisis.Instead they seem to be using the issue to pick an unnecessary fight. The same divisive ‘us vs. them’ agenda they have pushed for years continues. Nobody wants to see jobs lost, but choosing conflict over cooperation won’t help anyone.
