If a business is asked to produce a same-sex marriage website (or cake) for a customer, that is not the speech of the business, that is the customer’s speech being ‘reproduced’ (much like Spout Offs are not the opinion of The Herald). A business that refuses service to a same-sex couple is practicing discriminatory conduct.
