Ocean City Has a 22 page ordinance on how they are going to curb the rowdy teams and in todays message from our Mayor he tells us that our solicitor has worked a great deal of time on ordinances for the city. “One of these will be a citywide curfew for individuals under 18 years old. The other will be restrictions on the carrying of backpacks on our beaches and promenade after a certain time in the evening.” Are these two serious? These kids hang all over town causing problems not just on the promenade and beaches.
