All lives matter, but mine and my families matter more to me than anyone else's life. I wish I didn't feel the need to arm myself to protect our lives but, as is demonstrated on a daily basis, we are all on our own. The police respond AFTER the crime is committed. The criminals do NOT obey gun laws or ANY laws. Many times the laws are unenforced, allowing the criminals to continued without genuine fear of any repercussion.
