The mayor presented the 2023 proposed budget today to counsel at the meeting which was held at 10am. Now the council has invited the public to budget workshop on 2/16 at 9am. The president of council has invited the public for comments and questions from those in attendance. Is this a joke? Holding meetings at 10 and 9 in the morning when people have to work and can’t attend. Maybe for these important meetings the mayor and council should change the times or don’t they want the public to know how they are spending money.
