Town Bank - Why not the death penalty? Man tortured, raped, and murdered a 15-year-old Cape May County child and may live to get out of prison. What kind of justice is that? Our state politicians abolished capital punishment for any offense, that’s why! Pretty low-hanging fruit, don’t you think? Great police work to catch him.
