Sea Isle City - I appreciate the effort, but let's be honest, no one is going to take the time to read the bicycle safety pamphlets or beach etiquette guides the city is pouring resources in to create. Riding a bike in a bike lane is way more intuitive and Sea Isle missed the boat on that years ago due to poor planning. Spending time and money to create these pamphlets will be futile since no one will spend the time to read them. The city should allocate its energy elsewhere.
