Today on town bank road. I passed a kid on an ebike/ motorcycle. He was doing wheelies and zigzagging back and forth. No helmet either...Then to lower township police officers appeared.. both drove right past him. The kid looked worried, he kept looking back to see if they were going to turn around.. Suddenly, up ahead was a third lower township police officer. Did he pull the kid over?? Of course not. What if the kid got killed by a car Five minutes later, after all three of them ignored the blatant disregard of the new law? How would they feel knowing they could have stopped it?
