The article about the historic shore cottage being torn down was good. We’ve purchased two homes where the mother was old and moving out and the kids couldn’t agree on keeping the house and dragged out closing for extra months for more money. Then we would find all of the mom’s clothes and personal items that the children neglected to clean out. It’s all about the money. I also had a friend who bought and these kids left photographs, tax teturns, etc. sad
