I love how the one self proclaimed local on here (only local in SH), complains about the new “cookie cutter” houses being built. This person has no idea what a cookie cutter development is. SH has some of the nicest and diverse houses in NJ. Go to other shore towns and take a look. Or visit inland and look at real large scale developments with 5 different housing styles. Sure there is one builder that keeps building the same style townhouse over and over, but that’s an affordability thing, making some homes more reasonable for the first time buyers.
