THANK YOU AFSCME We didn't get our contractual cost of living raises in January and now word is that union eligible titled employees won't get their promotional raises on July 1st. Why is the union exec board punishing the hard-working members? Did you know that Non-union member employees with union eligible titles are also being held hostage by the self serving exec board? Why won't the board put the County's offer out for a vote? I'll tell you why, because it will pass in a landslide and the handful of exec board members wont get their way, thats why.
