Swainton - In reference to the spout attacking the current administration in Middle Township for only honoring former Mayor Dan Lockwood… Lockwood’s portrait was added to the wall of mayors. All the town’s former mayors, going back nearly 100 years, have already been honored. This was Lockwood’s night to be added to that roll.
