Cape May - Interesting conversation recently on NJ 101.5 FM talk radio about having more people of color hired as school teachers throughout the state. I thought the idea of being hired on merit rather than color would be most beneficial to our students. I for one want a good person and educator teaching my children, not someone hired just to fill a quota.
