It is still not too late to save the land that county cleared of trees at the park from being buried under asphalt. The cleared land could be replanted with new trees and the county could abandon their plans to add 1430 parking spaces. Cancel the contract with the asphalt contractor & save the taxpayers some money. The park shouldn't just be a parking lot and the zoo.
