Stone Harbor - What’s up with Stone Harbor Council? They seem to be the only one in the county who haven’t come out with an ordinance banning the retail sale of marijuana if it is passed and signed by our new governor. They talk about horses on the beach and adding more parking meters. Forget about reminiscing about days past and deal with the present and future.
