Stone Harbor - Trump is on the road again in Ohio talking up infrastructure week for the third time. Is this all it will ever be regarding Trump's major promise, just endless rambling and blabbing before television cameras and never-ending tweet storms giving the impression that something is actually being done to rebuild America's roads, bridges, airports, etc.? Let's not forget his "bigliest" promise of them all, the border wall. Why is he now looking for money from the military budget to pay for something he promised endlessly that Mexico would pay for, and why isn't this a separate budget item?
