North Wildwood - I can’t believe that the Real Estate Commission reissued a real-estate license to a realtor who had lost his license due to his participation, along with others, in the mortgage-fraud schemes a few years ago. This is a slap in the face for those honest realtors who play by the rules. There are agents in jail for doing the same as he did. When dealing with a realtor in the future, ask if they have ever lost their license.
