Stone Harbor - A Stone Harbor spouter wrote: "Congratulations to Stone Harbor Rescue for its professional response to opiate overdoses this summer" and then goes on to ask for a heroin addiction clinic to be built. Could the Herald please do a report on how many opiate overdoses there were in Stone Harbor this summer? I am very curious to know the statistics, please.
