With the president's general approval rating now above 50 percen

Stone Harbor - With the president's general approval rating now above 50 percent, just what plans will Republicans offer to voters as alternatives? So far, all we hear from them is criticism of this administration, but exactly what would they do differently as far as healthcare, creating jobs, fixing roads, fixing medicare and dealing with foreign radicals? If they want to build up the military, how would they pay for it?
