I don't own a dog, but am truly fed up with never ending spouts

Cape May - I don't own a dog, but am truly fed up with never ending spouts about dogs, and what they do, and am wondering if others feel as I do? Who are these people constantly bothering us with dog spouts, and we wonder if there isn't some way to limit such comments in the future? People need to look for a hobby to better occupy their time instead.
