Stone Harbor - Kiosks need to be put back for alternative payment for parking. I work on 96th street and people would come in my store daily asking for help, mainly older. Either not knowing how to download an app, or even their password to use in the App Store and then half of them didn’t feel comfortable putting their credit card information into an App. Another thing, if you are forcing us to pay with a credit card, why are we responsible for the transaction fee? Go back to the previous set up where we could pay on the app OR CASH/credit at the kiosk.
