Stone Harbor - It's really a shame that as a local, year-round taxpayer who lives in the community, I had to pay for beach tags this summer. The beach-tag employees didn't do their jobs, and just roamed the beaches never checking each day I was there. Very surprised the town didn't realize this and put a stop to it.
