Cape May - I would like to give Cape May Police Department a shout out for doing a great job. Having worked on Washington Street Mall all hours of the day and night this season, I had a lot of opportunity to observe. I would also like to apologize for complaining to them about their performance on one occasion. It is easy to criticize when we are sitting on the fence watching, and I should have thought more before I spoke.
