Stone Harbor - I live in Stone Harbor. I have looked at my N.J. HOW warranty my builder gave me. It has a box to check if the home is conventional or modular. Then it has the formula to calculate the premium. Now I ask, what is so difficult about this that Avalon got so screwed up? It really is not hard to figure out. Something is really wrong if that official and builder screwed them up. Smells very fishy to me.
