Court House - In the Herald article "'Fare Free' Helps Cape May County Move," the director was quoted as saying that a doctor visit was the sort of service provided. I live alone, so I asked to be dropped off and picked up that I might undergo an out-patient procedure. The surgery centers do not allow the patient to drive a car after the procedure. One can't even use a taxi. They said they could drop me off, but not pick me up unless I had someone there presumably to assist me getting on and off the bus. I got the impression it was a liability concern. No insurance? Had to impose on a neighbor and buy them lunch.
