Stone Harbor - How long has Stone Harbor Borough Council been working on the idea to purchase a waterfront property called Smugglers Cove? Many facts were talked about at the last council meeting, however, few of them seemed to be consistent or valid reasons to initiate a very excessive debt for the town. Parking will be a huge problem there if a restaurant is considered by the future tenants. There is no reason for Stone Harbor to become a landlord. Please leave that to developers.
