During Avalon/Stone Harbor schools' drop offs and pick ups, kids

Stone Harbor - During Avalon/Stone Harbor schools' drop offs and pick ups, kids are coming in all directions. Parents pull up on the opposite side of the street and kids run across the street in front of cars coming down the street. Parents park the wrong way on the street to let their kids out of the car. What happened to crossing the street at the light? Police don’t seem to say anything about it and teachers appear to be too busy socializing and not paying attention to what the kids are doing. Do something before a child gets hurt. Make the drop off on one side of the road and go with the flow of traffic.
