When driving down 2nd Avenue heading toward Avalon, you pass the big park at 80th Street. Along the side of the parking lot is the worst hedge of bushes I have ever seen. At least a third of the bushes are missing, leaving many large gaps. This problem has gotten worse in the last 25 years and Stone Harbor should either plant new plants to fill the gaps or remove the hedge completely.
