For those using the mPay2Park app, watch your charges. The app was triple charging. After numerous attempts to reach the parking service people, I was told they are aware that there is an issue in Stone Harbor and Asbury Park. I was told to re-install the app, which I did, only to be charged four times the amount when I used it! So, although the app is convenient, I have gone back to using quarters.
