Stone Harbor / Swainton - I have been a local Cape May County resident for over 50 years, and I must comment after a recent visit to Stone Harbor beaches. Why is there not a decent, clean bathroom available to beach goers up and down the island? The bathrooms by 96th St. are great, but when you are on any other street, you are forced to use the ocean. The port-a-potties at the Point are filthy, and should be immediately removed. Bravo to Avalon for starting to make improvements at 30th Street beaches. Cape May has nice bathroom buildings every few streets. Stone Harbor needs to follow suit.
