Now that spring has arrived, so will the foreign students. They will have all the local jobs scooped up before our kids get back from college in May. Last summer, my daughter and her friends ended up working at the Hamilton Mall because there was nothing left here in town. I feel like some of the merchants prefer to hire the foreign students because they save money on taxes.
