In the midst of all this "cop hating," it is sad to note that two of the finest men to ever wear the uniform of the Stone Harbor Police Department passed away this week. Retired Chief Steve O'Connor and Retired Sgt. Don McDevitt have gone on to their last assignments. The citizens of Stone Harbor should remember them with gratitude.
