If Rehoboth Del figured out how to give 2nd homeowners the right to vote in local elections, Stone Harbor should follow suit and make it happen here too. Our town is so in debt with reckless spending combined with incompetent leadership. Our leaders can’t even hire competent people to guide them! 2nd homeowners need the right to vote!
