Stone Harbor

I was recently walking down the Stone Harbor beach and dune conditions between 106 and up are in a terrible state. We have been spared so far from a hurricane this year, however we have winter season right around the corner and with it comes Nor’easters which have in the past wreaked havoc on our beaches. The inaction by the city council, the frivolous lawsuit by the Audubon society and the stupidness in Washington will cause irreparable damage to the dune barrier. We need action and a plan before it’s too late to fix. I hope the town council has a plan for replenishment going into 2022.
