To all Stone Harbor residents .the white plastic you see over the parking meters is to keep then dry for the winter .That probably means the works are still in them. Stone Harbor is hopping they stay dry and do not need to replace them. If they have to replace them ,I bet they will go coin less with the new ones.If you have been down town you know what the new ones will do.
