I never thought I would ever consider, let alone, pull up the grass in my yard and put in stones. I always loved having grass because I felt it was better environmentally, but I guess lawn equipment uses too much bad fuel, too loud, and grass requires expensive watering with a lot of restrictions. I must admit, stones are a lot cheaper to upkeep and a lot less work, so it is a win-win situation for homeowners.
