Here it is, only April; the season hasn't even started yet and the trash is flying. The stores on 96th Street put whatever they want out in back of their stores and it blows all over 95th Street onto our properties. Plastic bubble wrap, packing peanuts, coffee cups etc. How about investing in some trash cans with lids and being good neighbors. I'm sick of cleaning up the debris, having to bag it and put it in my own trash can.
