I agree with the spouters commenting on pizza makers and other food workers not wearing gloves. I believe that NJ state regulations require the use of gloves when serving or preparing foods that come into contact with the hands. Also, glove wearing should not be a substitute for hand washing. If hands are not clean, they will contaminate the gloves. Gloves should be changed frequently and always after handling raw foods. In addition, latex-free gloves should be used to avoid exposing patrons who may suffer from latex allergies.
